Our ongoing goal is to consolidate and increase the know-how of our company through the employment of talented people, to whom we provide our sustained and on-the-job training.
We are searching for people with passion, commitment, teamwork skills, curiosity and willing to grow both professionally and personally. The selection process takes place mainly through individual interviews tailored towards the required profiles and is articulated in three stages.

Stage I

The first interview takes place with the Human Resources Department and aims at understanding personal characteristics of the candidate: the course of study, professional and life experiences, motivations and ambitions, transversal competences and the correspondence with the required profile.

Stage II

The candidates who pass the first stage, meet the placement area manager, attending an interview aimed at detailing the professional aspects and technical competences of the candidate and describing the characteristics of the job.

Stage III

The final phase of the selection process may require further information by means of tests, a meeting with the company directors and, for the chosen candidate, the presentation of the contractual and economic details of the proposal.

Selection procedure

The insertion process involves placing new staff in a reception plan, during which they will have the opportunity to discuss various aspects of the company with the management.
These aspects include functions, culture, mission statement, values and rules regarding behaviour at work. Further aspects include activities and production, quality control and health and safety.
The process then continues with on-the-job training through the coaching and mentoring of senior staff within the department in which they are working.
During this process, follow-up moments are planned to define the subsequent steps in terms of on the job training, classroom training and certifications.
